About Matt - AirFox Photographer

I started pursuing my Fourteen year career in broadcasting in 1995 at The Illinois Center for Broadcasting.

I interned for the Steve Dahl Show and got my first paying gig at Metro Networks as a Television Producer/Reporter, where I operated seven cameras located on roof tops throughout the Chicago land area, and the camera attached to Metro’s helicopter for a local news network.

I also reported traffic and weather on local radio stations in Chicago, Wisconsin and Indiana. In 2001 I continued working on the traffic information gathering side of the industry at Traffic.com as a producer.

I went back to school in 2000 for my Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation at The Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg. It was a great outlet to let my over active imagination run wild. During my time there I fine tuned my writing, drawing and film production skills.

I was born and raised in the Chicago suburbs and love this city more than any in the nation. The first job I ever had was as a member of the Chicago Cubs Crowd Control and enjoyed every minute of working at such an important landmark of this city. I currently live near O`Hare International Airport with my dog.
